Who I Am

I’m Dr. Tanner Mobley — a US-trained internal medicine physician practicing hospital medicine in Georgia.

But this site isn’t about my day job. It’s about my obsession: optimizing human performance and longevity using evidence-based approaches.

Why I Started This

The men’s health space is a mess. You’ve got:

  • Bro-science influencers who’ve never read a study
  • Academic physicians who’ve never touched a barbell
  • Supplement companies pushing garbage
  • Endless conflicting advice

I’m here to bridge that gap. I read the research. I also live this stuff — I train 5 days a week in my home gym, I track my biomarkers, I experiment with what works.

My approach: Start with the science. Test it in the real world. Share what actually moves the needle.
